Our Commitment to You
Privacy at ezji — Six Principles
Before you read the full policy, here is what ezji commits to on every Filipino player's personal data. The detailed legal text follows below.
We Collect Only What We Need
ezji collects personal information only to the extent required to operate the platform, comply with PAGCOR and Philippine data protection regulations, and deliver the gaming and payment services you use. We do not collect personal data speculatively or sell it to advertisers.
Your Data Is Secured
All personal data held by ezji is protected with 256-bit SSL encryption in transit and industry-standard encryption at rest. Access to personal data is restricted to authorised ezji personnel on a strict need-to-know basis, governed by internal access controls and audit logging.
We Do Not Sell Your Data
ezji does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to third-party marketers or data brokers under any circumstances. Where data is shared with third parties — such as payment processors or KYC verification providers — it is shared only to the extent necessary and under strict contractual data protection obligations.
You Control Your Data
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012 (Republic Act No. 10173), you have rights over your personal data including the right to access, correct, object to processing, and request erasure. ezji provides straightforward mechanisms to exercise these rights through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
Legally Compliant Processing
All personal data processing at ezji has a clear legal basis — consent, contractual necessity, legal obligation, or legitimate interest — as required under the Philippine Data Privacy Act and its Implementing Rules and Regulations. We do not process data without a valid legal ground.
Transparent Communication
If the way ezji processes your personal data changes in a material way, we will notify you via email to your registered address before those changes take effect. We will always be clear about what we collect, why we collect it, and how long we keep it. No surprises.
Under Philippine Data Privacy Act

By using the ezji platform, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Policy.
1. About This Policy

ezji has designated a Data Protection Officer (DPO) responsible for overseeing data protection compliance in accordance with the Philippine Data Privacy Act. The DPO can be reached via the contact details set out in Section 16 of this Policy.
Where ezji engages third-party service providers who process personal data on ezji's behalf — such as payment processors, KYC verification services, and cloud infrastructure providers — those parties act as data processors under agreements that impose data protection obligations consistent with this Policy and Applicable Law.

- Contractual necessity — for processing required to perform the agreement between you and ezji, including account management, gaming services, and payment processing;

8. Sharing Your Data with Third Parties
ezji does not sell or rent your personal data to third parties. Personal data may be shared with the following categories of recipients only for the purposes described in this Policy:
- Payment processors — GCash (GXI), Maya Philippines Inc., and banking partners for the purpose of processing deposits and withdrawals. These partners process data as independent data controllers under their own privacy policies.
- KYC and identity verification providers — third-party services engaged by ezji to verify player identity and age in accordance with PAGCOR and AML requirements.
- Cloud infrastructure and hosting providers — technology partners who provide the servers and infrastructure on which the Platform operates, under data processing agreements that prohibit independent use of your data.
- Fraud prevention and security services — partners who assist ezji in detecting and preventing fraud, money laundering, and account takeover attempts.
- Regulatory authorities — PAGCOR, the Anti-Money Laundering Council (AMLC), the National Privacy Commission (NPC), and law enforcement authorities, where disclosure is required by law or regulatory directive.
- Professional advisors — lawyers, auditors, and accountants engaged by ezji, under confidentiality obligations.
All third-party data processors engaged by ezji are required to handle personal data in accordance with contractual obligations that reflect the requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act and this Policy.
9. International Data Transfers
Some of ezji's third-party service providers — including cloud infrastructure, game software studios, and fraud detection partners — may be located outside of the Philippines. Where personal data is transferred to recipients in other countries, ezji ensures that appropriate safeguards are in place, which may include:
- Standard contractual clauses approved by the National Privacy Commission;
- Binding corporate rules where the recipient is part of an international corporate group with an approved privacy framework;
- The recipient country having been determined to provide an adequate level of protection under applicable NPC guidance.
ezji does not transfer personal data to jurisdictions that do not provide an adequate standard of data protection without the safeguards described above. If you have questions about international transfers of your data, contact our Data Protection Officer.
10. Data Retention
ezji retains personal data for as long as is necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and as required by Applicable Law. The following general retention periods apply:

- KYC documentation — retained for a minimum of five (5) years following account closure or the last transaction, whichever is later;
- Customer support records — retained for three (3) years following the resolution of the relevant support interaction;
- Marketing consent records — retained until you withdraw consent and for a reasonable period thereafter to demonstrate compliance.
Where retention is no longer required for any lawful purpose, ezji will securely delete or anonymise the relevant personal data in accordance with its data disposal procedures.
11. Data Security
ezji implements a layered security framework to protect personal data against unauthorised access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. Key security measures include:
- 256-bit SSL/TLS encryption for all data transmitted between your device and the Platform;
- Encryption at rest for stored personal data and sensitive documents;
- Role-based access controls limiting personal data access to authorised personnel with a demonstrable operational need;
- Multi-factor authentication requirements for internal systems that handle personal data;
- Regular security assessments, penetration testing, and vulnerability management;
- Audit logging of all access to personal data records by internal users;
- Incident response procedures aligned with NPC breach notification requirements.
In the event of a personal data breach that is likely to result in serious harm to affected individuals, ezji will notify the National Privacy Commission and affected players in accordance with the breach notification requirements of the Philippine Data Privacy Act — within seventy-two (72) hours of becoming aware of the breach where feasible.
12. Your Data Protection Rights
Under the Philippine Data Privacy Act of 2012, you have the following rights with respect to your personal data held by ezji:

- Right to Erasure or Blocking — the right to request the deletion or suspension of personal data where processing no longer has a lawful basis, subject to ezji's retention obligations under Applicable Law;
- Right to Data Portability — the right to receive your personal data in a structured, commonly used format and to transmit it to another controller where technically feasible;
- Right to Damages — the right to be compensated for damages suffered as a result of inaccurate, incomplete, or outdated information processed by ezji, or as a result of unlawful processing.
To exercise any of the above rights, submit a written request to ezji's Data Protection Officer at [email protected]. ezji will respond to your request within fifteen (15) working days. Where a request cannot be fulfilled — for example, due to a retention obligation under AML regulations — ezji will explain the reason for the limitation.
If you believe ezji has not handled your personal data in accordance with Applicable Law, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Privacy Commission of the Philippines.
13. Children's Privacy and Age Restrictions
The ezji Platform is strictly for individuals who are 21 years of age or older. This is a mandatory requirement under PAGCOR's online gaming regulations. ezji does not knowingly collect personal data from individuals below 21 years of age.
If ezji becomes aware that personal data has been collected from an individual below the minimum age, that data will be deleted without delay, the associated account will be suspended, and the matter will be reported to PAGCOR and relevant authorities as required by law.
If you are a parent or guardian and believe that a minor has registered on the ezji Platform using false age information, please contact ezji support immediately at [email protected]. We will take prompt action to investigate and resolve the matter.
14. Marketing Communications
With your explicit consent, ezji may use your email address and mobile number to send promotional communications including bonus offers, new game announcements, tournament notifications, and ezji platform updates. Consent to receive marketing communications is entirely optional and has no bearing on your access to the Platform.
You may withdraw consent to marketing communications at any time by:
- Clicking the unsubscribe link in any ezji marketing email;
- Adjusting your communication preferences in your Account settings; or
- Contacting ezji support at [email protected] with a request to opt out.
Withdrawal of marketing consent will not affect transactional communications that ezji is required to send in connection with your account or active transactions, such as deposit confirmations, withdrawal notifications, KYC requests, and security alerts.
ezji does not share your contact information with third-party marketers for their own promotional purposes. All marketing communications sent through ezji are sent by ezji directly.
15. Updates to This Privacy Policy
ezji reserves the right to update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our data processing practices, Platform features, applicable regulations, or decisions of the National Privacy Commission. The effective date at the top of this Policy will be updated whenever material changes are made.
Where changes are material — meaning they significantly affect the way your personal data is processed or your rights thereunder — ezji will notify you via email to your registered address at least fourteen (14) days before the changes take effect, where it is reasonably practicable to do so.
Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any update constitutes your acknowledgment of the updated Policy. We encourage you to review this Policy periodically to stay informed about how ezji protects your personal data.
